[HarfBuzz] libharfbuzz-gobject exported symbols

Hello,

  I am working on Debian packaging for HarfBuzz 0.9.20. So I enabled 
  GObject bindings, and I found that libharfbuzz-gobject exports this 
  symbol: _Z28hb_gobject_language_get_typev

  I just wanted to make sure that this is intended, as I notice that the 
  rest of exported symbols have hb_gobject_ prefix in their names.
