[HarfBuzz] Building on RH 7

I have built with 4.0.4 ok today as that was the only version of gcc we could get to build on RH 7.1.
Not yet tested the libraries that were created.

So, looks like the latest comment in that bug says 4.3.4 had the issue while
4.5.4 works fine.
