[HarfBuzz] Fwd: [Query]Rendering of malayalam string

Hi Team,

We have a doubt regarding the Indic feature list execution.

Why the PreBaseSubstitutions (PRES) is done after the final_reordering() ?
Please explain in details.

Can we move this before the final_reordering() ?
