[HarfBuzz] Limbu script 'i' vowel (U+1921) rendering

Hi list,

just stumbled over ..

It is rendering differently for me (Namdhinggo SIL[1], MPH 2B Damase)
than omniglot says[2].

Look:

It is rendering more like wikipedia says [3].

Do you know where the truth lies :)? Just curious, as any font and 
harfbuzz itself are blackboxes for me so far: that would be rather
font issue, correct?
