[HarfBuzz] Non arabic rendering in arabic string.

Hello everybody,

I'm currently using harfbuzz-0.9.26 built for windows (VS2010) in a dll 
which is called by a python program.

I have the need to render several sentences and I actually have some 
problems with the sentences which have mixed scripts.

Here is an attachment of the problem I have, the sentence to be rendered 
is the black one.
