[HarfBuzz] Installing on MSYS (MinGW64)

Hello,

I'm not sure whether this is a problem with HarfBuzz, MinGW or Pango, but when compiling/installing HarfBuzz in my MSYS environment using
./configure; make; make install
running ./configure on Pango won't find HarfBuzz!

Any ideas?
