[HarfBuzz] incorrect glyph positioning in vertical text with MS PMincho font

Jonathan and I discussed this on IRC.  Looks like a font bug (bad GPOS?).  MS
PMincho from Windows XP (font revision 2.31) shows this problem but the one
from Windows 7 (font revision 5.01) works fine.
