[HarfBuzz] Wrong GDEF class in timesi.ttf on Win7

Ok, I've now blacklisted faulty timesi and timesbi.  I didn't do for the
other cases (Lohit, Roboto, ..) since Mozilla source code doesn't have
enough fingerprint points for me to use.  I prefer not to open the name
table and look through it.  So if someone has the faulty fonts handy,
please send me and I update.

New release out.  I hope that's the last one for this week!  Please test;
I'm particularly interested in Firefox roll results.
