[HarfBuzz] HarfBuzz glyph offsets

Test string: "T. W. AV Ve"
Font used Garamond Premier Pro, attached here.

I use xAdvance for offsetting glyphs and FreeType to render.
I will generate some PNGs and send them to you guys as well.
