[HarfBuzz] Kannada script output differs from uniscribe.

Hi,

I received a user report about some Kannada script not displaying as they
expect.

harfbuzz-1.5.1-win32\hb-view.exe tunga.ttf --text-file=text.txt
--output-file=KannadaOutput.png --output-format=png

Harfbuz output:

hb-view using Uniscribe shaper:

Output from application using uniscribe:

Attached text.txt containing: "ದರ್‍ಯಾವ಼್‍ನ ಹುಯಿರ್‍ಹಾಥ."

Attached tunga.ttf font


I got the same results using an older harbuz (1.2.7)


Any suggestions would be appreciated.
