    [iter] Make operator bool explicit
    
    We would need to write:
    
      for (Iter<T> it (...); bool (t); t++)
    
    instead of:
    
      for (Iter<T> it (...); t; t++)
    
    But I think it's an improvement in code readability in the long term.
