Hi Jonathan, Dominik, others,

You might have noticed I spent last couple of months trimming down HarfBuzz
binary size.  I put some notes together in the repo:

I like to hear any feedback, as well as any other tricks that need to be
documented.

I'm also working on a HB_NO_OT that will disable our main shaper.  That's
useful, eg. for apps shipping on iOS that can use CoreText while using
HarfBuzz API still.
