[igt-dev] [PATCH i-g-t v2 0/4] run-tests.sh improvements

Changes since v1:
    - Make sure it works with and without sudo
    - Add patch to README with a comment about tests vs selfchecks
    - Add patch to allow run-tests.sh to be used with a meson build
      without needing environment vars
