As mentioned on irc this looks a bit redundant and could just do
the gem_handle->bo lookup as needed.
No idea about the nouveau specifics, but the igt_fb.c stuff looks
as good as what else we have there, so for that reason

In general the amount of driver if-else ladders is starting to
get a bit out of hand. We may want to begin thinking about some
refactoring to clean it up. But I guess step one there might be
just to suck out all the i915 specific stuff into its own file...
