Mandatory question: Explain choice of CLOCK_MONOTONIC
vs. CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW vs. CLOCK_MONOTONIC_COARSE. And as a
corollary, why igt_gettime's choice of monotonic clock type is not
sufficient.
