igt_require() can be outside condition. BTW you've limited this memory constraint
too much and I got:

Starting subtest: many-256M-incremental
Test requirement not met in function many, file ../tests/i915/gem_exec_capture.c:616:
Test requirement: count > 1
Subtest many-256M-incremental: SKIP (0.066s)

Even if machine has enough memory to run the test.
