It is a result that is considered "bad" (it's not passing) so must be
explained. Our process is that skips are also considered bad, and for
platforms where they are caused by configuration (like here, no
chamelium on this host), it will get a bug report, labeled expected,
and the skip with that message on that host will get filtered out.

What to do for this series:

Lakshmi, the failure from
igt at gem_exec_whisper@basic-queues-priority-all below is a false
positive.

Mark, ignore the "failure" reported for the new test if it's a
skip. Lakshmi will get that filtered when it gets merged.
