This is now merged. The only concern is there are these rather larege new
generated files:

2343886 Oct 28 17:55 i915_perf_metrics_acmgt1.c
3737045 Oct 28 17:55 i915_perf_metrics_acmgt2.c
7232473 Oct 28 17:55 i915_perf_metrics_acmgt3.c

which seem to be increasing the compile time a fair bit unless we have
ccache etc. turned on. So just a heads up about that.
