Do we have some basic coverage for the "rebind" stuff in execbuf3 
somewhere? I guess that was my main concern. AFAICT eviction looks to be 
the normal way to trigger that path, at least with lmem, and 
gem_lmem_swapping is quite good for that. Anyway, I'll leave that for 
you to decide.
