I think better would be:
1. separate definition of tilings to intel_tiling_info.c together
with blt_tiling_type, blt_cmd_type extern and macro for_each_tiling
in intel_tiling_info.h (first patch),
2. extend intel_device_info.c with tiling (second patch),
3. then all changes in this patch uses 1. and 2.

I think adding intel_tiling_info.c to lin_igt_chipset_build should be enough
