[igt-dev] [PATCH v2 i-g-t] tests/amd_security: add secure write test for gfx

To verify writes in Trusted Memory Zone(TMZ),
add secure writing and verify the results of gfx.

V2:
  - Improve description and coding style.
     Encoding using helpers for high and low 32 bits (Kamil)
  - Add i-g-t for the subject and
    replace the "_" with spaces in igt_describe(Kamil)
