Convert existing subtests to dynamic subtests at pipe/output level.

v2: -Remove redundant debug prints
    -Convert all subtests into dynamic
v3: -Use pipe & output from struct data_t
v4: -Directly use data->pipe instead of using p
    -Use for_each_pipe_with_single_output()
