igt at xe_vm@bind-flag-invalid should no longer consider BIT(3) an invalid

DRM_XE_VM_BIND_FLAG_DUMPABLE.
Closes: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/xe/kernel/-/issues/1285
