[PATCH i-g-t 19/23] tests/intel/xe_oa: OA buffer mmap tests

Add the following tests:
* "map-oa-buffer"
* "invalid-map-oa-buffer"
* "non-privileged-map-oa-buffer"
* "non-privileged-access-vaddr"
* "privileged-forked-access-vaddr"
* "closed-fd-and-unmapped-access"
