[PATH i-g-t 0/1] tests/intel/xe_copy : Add check for memset and memcpy tests.

Added the check for platforms (graphics_ver < 20) like PVC for memcpy
 and memset for some tests with extended parameters. There are some
tests related to PAGES and some tests extending to larger size writes.
This needs to be skipped.
