[PATCH i-g-t v1] Revert "tests/intel-ci: Blocklist unsupported Xe scaling tests"

[Naladala Ramanaidu]

This reverts a previous change that caused unexpected failures
in the adlp/dg2 xe test runs. These tests are expected to pass,
and the patch introduced regressions that need to be addressed
separately.
