[PATCH i-g-t] intel-ci/xe.blocklist: remove device_reset at unbind-*-rebind

Remove device_reset subtests unbind-reset-rebind and
unbind-cold-reset-rebind as they should work with Xe.

v2: unblock only *-rebind subtests (Marcin)
