[PATCH i-g-t v4 6/9] tests/intel/xe_sriov*: fixup print formatting for files in tests

Compiling on other architectures than x86-64 causes a lot
of print formatting warnings.

Fix formatting by using proper formatters, eg. PRIu64.
Add a cast to uint64_t to make printing st_size easier.
