[immodule-qt] BC branch has been merged into trunk

Hi all,

I've merged BC branch into the trunk to reduce maintenance
cost. Now binary compatibility is configurable. See the commit
log of r80 for further detail.

The patch behaves as BC by default. To enable binary
incompatible extensions, give '-im-ext' option to configure.

Please test both BC and full featured version if you have some
time. I'll release the unified patch as preview version later.
