[immodule-qt] New patch has been released for testing

Hi all, I've released an updated patch for testing.

Changes are little and not tested well. Please try and report.

- Some modification for compiling against Qt 3.3.3

- Added changes.immodule file for both users and developers


For buliding against Qt 3.3.3, you need following patch in
addition to the unified patch.
