[immodule-qt] New package: scim-qtimm

Scim-qtimm is a SCIM-to-QtImmodule bridge.
We can type i18n words without XIM on Qt apps.

I made a SRPM package for Mandrake.

Mandrake's Qt packages include Qt-Immodule, so you can try it now. :-)

How to use:
$ qtconfig
http://www.geocities.co.jp/SiliconValley-Cupertino/5207/snapshot/scim-qtimm01.png
$ kwrite
=> Press Ctrl+Space
