[immodule-qt] Progress in iiimqcf, the iiimf immodule for qt

There has been a lot of progress made over this weekend on
the iiimqcf , the iiimf immodule for qt.

IIIMF im-sdk svn rev 1817 at trunk carries current iiimqcf code.
You can check out the im-sdk via anonyous svn. I'll make a tarball
for whom don't use subversion for easy download.
