QUimInputContextPlugin (oh, magical mystic long name) is locale
independent. You can run it on any locale and input text as IM's
own language.

Off topic:
I would like to call QUimInputContextPlugin as short nickname,
such as 'QtUim'. Kazuki, how do you think about it?
