[immodule-qt] XIM with qt immodule (with httx)

Hi all,

When I tried to test the xim module through httx (xim <-> iiimf
bridging), I realized when the htt_server (server of IIIMF) is not
running, kde application will hang on startup. However if I do the same
in gnome application, input doesn't work, but it does not hang. Any
structural differences that may have different behaviors?

1. killall htt_server
2. LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 httx
3. [on new terminal] LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 QT_IM_MODULE=xim XMODIFIERS=@im=htt kedit
or
3. [on new terminal] LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 GTK_IM_MODULE=xim XMODIFIERS=@im=htt gedit
