[immodule-qt] Enable inputting from other App

Hi, all.

Uim project recently created Japanese input pad. This is the app to input 
character by pushing buttons.

When clicking the button, inputcontext should send IMEnd event for committing 
the character. But current qinputcontext implementation doesn't allow sending 
IMEvent when inputcontext doesn't have focus (when clicking the button, 
inputpad has the focus). So, please apply attached patch.
