[immodule-qt] Merging fixes in SuSE SRPM

Hi all,

There was a reproducable problem in KDE kicker when a gtk application
was started, when using QT with immodules (Debian Sarge).  The window
list mysteriously disapeared until it was restarted with a DCOP
signal.  After applying three relevant patches from SuSE SRPM, this
problem went away.  I have merged the last immodule release (20041203)
for QT 3.3.4 with the following patches from SuSE:

fix-key-release-event-with-imm.diff
fix-x11-immodule.diff
workaround-for-xlib-xim-bug.diff
