[immodule-qt] Will static binary load immodules too?

Hi,
I'm Ryo Dairiki, a member of SCIM project.

I've heard that the binaries which staticlly linked with qt can load
IM modules installed in the system if qtimm is included into qt as a
core component.
Is that true?

In short, will static version of opera load scim-qtimm if qtimm is
included in qt4?
