[PATCH libinputmapper 00/13] build system cleanups

Most of them are self-explanatory, just leave out the ones you don't want.
08 and 09 can/should be squashed, I just did them in this order.

12 and 13 don't have any real effect as such since the outcome afterwards is
the same. However, having the options in there and in this way occupies
precious brain-space ("why is it done this way? why do we need AWK?") that
I'd rather not spend on automake :)

(I realise that this is a result of using a template file, but still)
