[ANNOUNCE] libratbag 0.5.0

Nicknamed "my releaser forgot to announce me".

libratbag v0.5 is out.

The list of the most interesting changes are:
- now automatic detection of Logitech devices (HID++ 1.0 and 2.0)
- enable G900 profiles
- Ignore devices that don't have ID_INPUT_MOUSE set (meaning less duplicates
  reported by ratbag-command)
