Announcement: libevdev, evemu and evtest moved to gitlab.freedesktop.org

As the subject says. All three are grouped in the libevdev gitlab group
because why not.

https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libevdev/evtest

The old repos will be kept as mirrors but bugzilla is replaced with gitlab
issues.

https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libevdev/evtest/issues

To change your local repo, just run:

git remote set-url origin git at gitlab.freedesktop.org:libevdev/<repo-name>.git
