[ANNOUNCE] libevdev 1.8.0

libevdev 1.8.0 is now available. One functional change: creating 
multitouch devices that aren't then used to create uinput device but rather
used directly as-is now works correctly. Previously some of the MT-related
bits didn't return the correct values but since this is a rather niche
use-case I doubt anyone but me was affected anyway.
