[ANNOUNCE] libratbag 0.12

libratbag v0.12 is out.
Some devices were added, the default verbosity level was changed to
raw, a bug in the Logitech G305 was fixed and finally Logitech devices
now work when connected over Bluetooth.

grab one directly from github:
