[ANNOUNCE] piper 0.2.903

piper 0.2.903 is now available. piper is the GTK application to interact
with libratbag. This is a development snapshot.

piper needs an up-to-date libratbag, use libratbag 0.9.904.

Piper now handles the Resync signal, together with the libratbag Commit
rework this should see less crashes on devices that take a while to update.
The appmenu has been removed in accordance with the GNOME push to remove
them altogether.

HiDPI scaling works now and of course a bunch of general fixes all over the
place.
