[ANNOUNCE] libratbag 0.13

libratbag v0.13 is out.

The list of interesting changes are:
    - Fixed bug that was preventing users from changing the settings of  devices from Logitech's productivity line
    - Added support for keyboards (Logitech G513, G815, G910, G915)!
