[ANNOUNCE] libratbag 0.15

libratbag v0.15 is out.

The list of interesting changes are:

- Added a sinowealth driver, bringing support for the Glorious Model O and Model D
- Added a sinowealth_nubwo driver, bringing support for the Nubwo x7 Spectrum
- Bugfixes in the Logitech HID++ 1.0 and 2.0 drivers
