With GL_ARB_ES3_compatibility glGetIntegerv(GL_COMPRESSED_TEXTURE_FORMATS, ...) 
does not return any of
GL_COMPRESSED_R11_EAC..GL_COMPRESSED_SRGB8_ALPHA8_ETC2_EAC, but they work when
passed to glCompressedTexImage2D.
