Maybe i mislead you,that the "chrome" meams chrome browser. 
we do some analyze,detail as below:
libudev.so.0 -> libudev.so.0.13.1* (can't support webgl）
libudev.so.0 -> libudev.so.1.3.5   (support webgl)
by above the way,we can reproduce the problem.
