The missing lighting is due to a bug in Unigine's dual source blending code. 
They enable two source blending, label both outputs as color 0, and never
specify color 1.  We could guess, but we'd have a 50/50 chance of getting it
right.  I attempted to report that to Unigine today; we'll see what happens
though.
