Bug detailed description:
---------------------------------------
Only with X start (don't start gnome-session), then start steam.
Run any games in steam, the game UI only display in the center of whole screen
and display area be about 1/9 of the whole screen, other area be blank.
At this time, the mouse only can move in game UI display area, and there's no
any response when mouse click the game menu.


Reproduce steps:
----------------------------------------
1. xinit
2. start steam
3. run Counter-Strike
4. watch the screen & move mouse
