Bug detailed description:
----------------------------------------------
After starting “Crusader Kings II”, menu bar flip when mouse moved to the menu
bar on HSW. The problem exists on gnome-session and Raw X. The problem only
exists on Mesa-10.2-rc2 release testing. It's regression, and it’s Ok on 2014Q1
rc testing and upstream.

Reproduce steps:
---------------------------------------------
1.   xinit& gnome-session
2.    run steam
3.    click “ Crusader Kings II”
4.    Click “Single Player”
5.    menu bar flip when mouse moved to the menu bar.
